Aaron’s Coming Back, Speedwyre and the Sasquatch, Links, Wolverine Marathon, Results, World Inline Cup Teams, New Duluth Division, Running The Sahara

Aaron’s Coming Back: Aaron Arndt was in Florida skating as much as some of us can only wish. As of today, he is back in Brampton, stuck with braving the cold and the snow. Actually, the weather isn’t bad at all today- It’s near zero Celsius; the snow is melting and we’re not freezing to death as we were a few days ago.

Speedwyre and the Sasquatch: I don’t know what to say about Speedwyre and the Sasquatch; it’s just plain theory and plain fun!

Links: Here’s a link for you to explore: Liberty Sports

Wolverine Marathon: The date is set for the 2nd Wolverine Inline Marathon; May 26th at Belle Isle in Detroit.

Enjoying the post race festivities at the 1st Wolverine Inline Marathon

Results: MDQPatin has the results for the Torneo Nacional de Clubes (TNC) #1. Click here for the full results from the Terras Do Infante from MundoPatin- looks like there was a whole bunch of fast skaters in this one, including Belgium’s Britta Vantouenhout.

World Inline Cup Teams: The list of the 2007 World Inline Cup Teams has been published. I am now really looking forward to seeing the rosters.

New Duluth Division: According to a post in teamrainbow on yahoo, there will be a new division in the Northshore Inline Marathon for skaters 55 and up; Super Verans! Good stuff.

Approaching the finish in Duluth

Running The Sahara: Wouldn’t the guys who recently ran across the Sahara Desert in 111 days be perfect skaters for Athens to Atlanta? I mean, if we replace the words running with skating, desert with Georgia, and countries with counties, it's just about a typical account of A2A.

A2A Makes you suffer, it tests you; what with its never ending hills- the experience lasts a life-time

I hate to quibble about nipples, but pterodactyls didn't have them. That drawing is almost obscene.

Why did they even pick a pterodactyl?
