Slow Motion Ice LT Records: After reading Andrew Love's latest post called Slo-MO WR, I must insert a few of his words here; he says '...there is an artistic quality to the precision, speed and power of the sport' and 'It’s almost an art gallery of effort!'. He put up a video which features many of the great feats from this past weekend's long track world cup record performances.

Before you check out the video below, check out Flyin Brian's grounded perspective that I really like in Keep Improving. He says 'There are 100 people with a 100 stories and the best ones aren't always about the winners. But we as humans focus on the winners. Sometimes you learn more about yourself and a person when they lose. In any one speedskating race there are alot of losers if you define winning as 1st place'.
