From Cali- Entry #7

From Cali- Entry #7: The openning ceremonies are taking place later today. Word on the track is that they will try to set a guiness world record by having 500 couples salsa dancing. Pretty cool stuff.

I've got a video that I finished- the video includes clips of the track, different nations training, time with the Canadian team, and clips from around Cali. The internet at my hostel has now slowed and I am having a tough time getting connected, but stay tuned for the video.

I won't spend a lot of time describing these worlds links for you; feel free to explore them- some include videos, photos, articles, and all sorts of goodies. Itachimaru's pictures, updates and write ups on Cado Motus (there are currently 6 parts), Spain pictures from August 15th PM and August 15th AM, Ask Bill Begg! 2007 World Championships Preview, more updates on the World Championship Blog, Gavin Pollock's Chasing the girls again, Inlinenews.de's Cali Updates- includes videos, more pictures thanks to daunegnc, worlds videos on roller tv- there should be some streaming of the races in this one, Roller En Ligne's coverage (France has arrived)- this one's got nice shots of the track, and Roller En Ligne's world championships coverage.
