What I Recenlty Missed From ZATAOSS, Eastern Seaboard Series 50k Pictures, Video Time, SIC Is Over, Euro Champs Photos

What I Recenlty Missed From ZATAOSS: Andrew Love's website Zen and the Art of Speedskating is an ongoing source for inspiring and well written articles. I feel bad that I have not been linking up to his writings recently, but I do hope you're still making your way over to his site.

A few entries of interest include Back in the Saddle again, Romme Power & Glide (I embedded the video from this entry- click here or press play below), and 2007 Draper Days.

It's not always about skating though- I love the 6th Anniversary- the stories behind the skaters are filled with inspiration, aren't they?

Eastern Seaboard Series 50k Pictures: You know this is the first year that I haven't competed in the Eastern Seaboard Series. There has been conflicts with my schedule each race. I would be there if I could, beleive you me. Thanks to photo albums like this one from Martha of this weekend's 50k, I feel that I am, in some small way, part of the racing- take your time and enjoy the 140 pictures.

Since I am posting about pictures, I thought I would post this pictures from the Pre Mundial in Cartagena from earlier this year. 'Why?' you ask? Becuase it's a wicked picture, that's why I am putting it up. The photo is taken by Luis Ramirez.

Video Time: Let's get your skating oils flowing with the following videos- SIC Biel, videos from Germany including City Nacht Berlin and Flaeming Skate Days (GBC), and a video of mirror skating (you can press play below)- this is a great way to work on technique.

SIC Is Over: Just in case you don't know , the Swiss Inline Cup has wrapped up its 2007 season- if you want to read (in French) about this year's SIC, Roller En Ligne has published an article called Emilie Jude : 12 Ans Et Premiere De La Swiss Inline Cup.
