Back From The Rio De Janeiro, Brazil Pan American Games: First off, this is a great big giant HELLO to all my teammates, old friends, and new found friends that I spent time with at the Pan American Games in beautiful Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Now as the title says, I am back from the Pan American Games. I had both a wonderful and terrible time at the games. I will explain later.

I'm going to use a few days to get SpeedSkateWorld.com on its feet again. I will tell the Pan American Games story using pictures and videos. I just need to organize the pictures & videos and pick the right ones to publish here.

FYI There is an RSO Speed Series race tomorrow. It'll be great if you could make it out there.
