Canadian Pan Am Camp, Sursee WIC, Badger State Games, Eastern Seabord Series #2
Canadian Pan Am Camp: A mighty fine weekend was had by all who participated in the Canadian Pan American Games training camp... well, a couple of skaters fell and got banged up pretty good. I kept the camera in the skate bag for most of the weekend- taking pictures/ videos was not on my list of top priorities. I did snap a few photos (click here for the album) on Saturday and I made a short video of the stairs in Hamilton- click here or press play below. The CCES was on hand to perform doping control. You might be interested in reading Jacky Shu's perspective (Yes, Busy Weekend Indeed) on his participation in the 2nd day of the camp.
After the training camp, a few of us headed over to Thornhill (north of Toronto) for a birthday party for Jordan Belchos. It was a perfect evening filled with good conversation with friends that I hadn't seen in ages (especially Andrew Godbout).
Just before heading out for the night- myself, Jordan Belchos, Andrew Godbout, Martine Charbonneau, and a much taller Austin Belchos
Sursee WIC: Lots and lots for you to look at from this past weekend's Sursee WIC/ SIC race. You've got a video on YouTube (press play below), 193 pictures thanks to Cristiano, more pictures (great corner shots!) thanks to Roger Baer, a report on CadoMotus, a report thanks to Roller En Ligne, and of course a plethora of stuff from Team Rollerblade, including pictures, a report, and a live report. Zepto has posted a report, and finally Bill Begg offers his criticisms on the racing.

Men's finish- it's Joey Mantia...and then the rest of the field. I know that Aaron Arndt is somewhere in there...somewhere!- photo from Team Rollerblade

Badger State Games: There's a lot going on with this race; first off, let me direct you to the results. Next up, here is Peter Starykowicz's race report, where he talks about an incident involving Jono Gorman. Finally, let me direct you to some of the discussion about the BSG.
The finish of the BSG- Jill Rookard (center) takes the win, 2nd place goes to Peter Starykowicz (right), and Jono Gorman's (left) result was forfeited- photo posted on Bulldog Bootcamp Co.
Eastern Seabord Series #2: Ok, I've got the good stuff for you; stage 2 results, Martha's pictures, kvosborneaa's pictures, speedjavier's photos.
