Boucher Interview, Layla, PC-Vane, Weinfelden, Schankel Canada

Boucher Interview: PS-Matter Family Blog has published an interview with France’s Thomas Boucher. In the interview, Boucher talks about the difference in the level between a competition in Colombia with one in Europe.

Layla: Peter Light has a beautiful new dog. Her name is Layla. You might be wondering why I'm posting about a dog. I don't have a dog- I have two cats (one is really tormenting the other)- but I do like dogs. Anyways, this is a speed skating dog because Peter Light is a skater.

There she is, looking all innocent and sad

PC-Vane: The Inline Planet has published an article by Francisco Ramirez called PC-Vane Booster Wheels.

Francisco Ramirez skated the 2006 A2A on the PC-Vane wheels. Here, he finishes A2A with Italian Larenzo Manoni on his way to 9th place

Weinfelden: Bill Begg recently wrote about the Weinfelden track, which is in Switzerland: See WEINFELDEN TRACK CLOSE ACCOMODATION. He talks about how there are cheap accommodations close by. Mmmmmmm, this makes me drool. Trip to Switzerland anyone? Then again, if I was to go somewhere right now, it would probably be to the Caribbean. I know that Alex Perrie was trying to get something like that with his track- CITC. Alex has told me a few times that clubs could rent out his track and stay in the training centre- a whole ZERO meters from the track! I don't know if he's still doing this, but it's worth contacting him and working something out for your club.

Schankel Canada: Andrew Hegarty has announced 2007 Team Schankel Canada, which boasts a roster of brothers Jesse Pauley & Jade Pauley and Morgan Williams as manager.
