US National Marathon Championships/North American Marathon Championships: The 2007 US National Marathon Championships/North American Marathon Championships will take place on February 3rd and 4th, 2007 on Mirror Lake in Lake Placid, New York. I’ve competed at this event a few times in the past. The atmosphere is fantastic; it’s competitive yet friendly and fun at the same time. I’ve always enjoyed my trips to Lake Placid, but this year I am taking it easy with how many competitions I am attending and how much money I am spending, so chances are that I won’t be there. However, I still like to say that it’s worth the drive to Lake Placid.

Bont’s Glenn Koshi’s Sense Of Humour: Whenever you get a chance to speak with Bont's Glenn Koshi, one of the things you'll find is that he easily laughs and has a contagious smile. Now that I think about it, maybe when I speak with him, it’s that he’s laughing at me? I’m not sure. Be that as it may, he’s got an interesting post (see 3rd comment) about cut resistant short track speed skating suits.
