Welcome Back Aaron: Brampton's Aaron Arndt came returned home last night after spending many months living in Europe and racing with the world's best. There will be a 'welcome back Aaron' practice this evening at the 200-meter track that the Toronto Inline Skating Club uses- Christ The King.

Biel Video: One of Andrew Hegarty's latest entries called Biel Video #1 might be of interest to you, especially if you're looking for Biel WIC videos. Click here for Andrew's video or press play below-

Ask Bill Begg!: The Inline Planet's most recent Ask Bill Begg! takes on a couple of topics including what to eat before a race and hip stability.

ZATAOSS's 10 Things About The Netherlands: In case your reading queue isn't long enough, here's another super good read for you from Andrew Love; 10 things about the Netherlands. It's a really really good entry that is filled with history, cultural analysis, photos, videos, and fun!

'The Elfstedentocht Translation to Americans: To have finished this 200 kilometer race is like having been allowed to play in the Superbowl. And a Superbowl that only happens roughly once every decade or so. Here is Jules’s timecard & finish medal. You pass through 11 cities, and get a stamp at every city along the way. Even the leading pack does this, and if you miss a stamp, you are DQ-ed'- Photo & caption from Zen And The Art Of Speed Skating

More On Berlin & WIC: Go to World Cup Topics for 2008 and check out Bill Begg's analysis of the past WIC results (see October 2nd entries) and an inside look into performances and teams.

This past weekend's Berlin WIC had plenty of skaters who took on the rain- Team Rollerblade has posted some pictures.
