Switzerland News (Weinfelden, Zurich), Spain's Troubles Day 2, USA News (ODN Photos, STB Trading Cards, Flag City & Baxter Reports), More Begg Advice

Switzerland- Weinfelden: Andrew Hegarty has posted his report on the Weinfelden WIC- his report includes a rich account of his experience and a vivid description of the race course.

Wouldn't you love to go to the Zurich WIC on the 17th? I do. Especially after seeing this poster (see below).

Spain's Troubles Day 2: People have had time to digest and think about and post their thoughts on what's being said about the skating political landscape in Spain (click here and here). Garikoitz Lerga name was thrown into the mix with certain allegations, and he posted something that I thought was important; he wrote 'Two subjects absolutely different an with no relation are being mixed as
follows;

- Garikoitz has not used any forbidden substance as it has been demonstrated
by blood tests and as it has not been officially sanctioned by the Spanish
Sports Board (CSD) after Investigation.

- Some athletes are not allowed to compete in the National Championships
because they have not participated in the Regional Championships as it is
mandatory to compete in the National Championships.

I (Garikoitz) have cleared my specific subject with the Spanish Federation,
the Spanish Sports Board (CSD) and with everybody and I do not want to be
involved in the second subject absolutely out from my responsability
'.
