Links, Pictures, Lichenstein Reports, Other Reports- Gross Gerau, Lille & Belgium, Hyper Wheels, German Blade Challenge Videos

Links: Cado Motus looks like it might be a website that will come through with news items over the next little while.

I think I linked to this one a while ago, but it’s worth a click to Italy’s world sprint champion’s website: Gergory Duggento...ooops, let's try that again: Gregory Duggento. That's better spelling.

Pictures: Pattinaggio Bellusco has a bunch of pictures (A, B, C, and D) from the Campionati Regionali pista RAJS a Cassano. Roller En Ligne is the source for a bunch of pictures from Gross Gerau. Maarten Slembrouck is the source for pictures from 2nd Nationale Skeelerwedstrikd Op De Poste in Belgium. You can also find some from the same event thanks to rik huys.

Lichtenstein Reports: After Gross Gerau was completed, a bunch of top skaters compete in the Mauren Lichtenstein race. There’s a few accounts of the race that have emerged. The first one that I will direct you comes from Aaron Arndt: Lichtenstein Criterium. Patin Carrera has also posted a report. You can search for a write up from Bill Begg posted on Bont’s Message Board.

Other Reports- Gross Gerau, Lille & Belgium: Andrew Hegarty offers his account of Gross Gerau- interesting to read this part; ‘I think that by the end of the weekend 10 or so people went to the hospital with something broken. I honestly can’t say that I’ve ever been to an event where more people have fallen. Even as a spectator I began to stand just a little farther back from the track every time the pack came around’.

Roller En Ligne has posted a couple of reports; one from Gross Gerau and one from the Lille FIC. They’re in French of course. Finally, you can find results from the 2nd Nationale Skeelerwedstrikd Op De Poste in Belgium.

Hyper Wheels: Maybe I’ve missed them a while ago, but you can finally (if you missed them as well) see pictures of Hyper’s new wheels. I really like the old 'retro' logo/ Hyper writing from the early 90's.

German Blade Challenge Videos: This is pretty cool footage from April’s German Blade Challenge: Team Time Trial and Marathon.
