Berlin Half Marathon Video: Man oh man do I ever love the internet? Why you ask? Check out this video from the Berlin Half Marathon, and I think it’s reason enough to love the internet!

Volunteers Make It Happen: I want to use my website every-so-often to make sure that volunteers are aware that their work and effort is appreciated and truly important. I was looking at pictures from different events over the last 14 years and I kept noticing the same people in the background of the pictures- handing out medals, timing, picking up garbage, manning registration tables- some of the people include Alex Perrie, Jim Mallard, Wayne Burrett, Mike Belchos, Gillian Clarke, and Mr. Parry. There’s a note on the RSO Speed Series website thanking volunteers, skaters, and clubs, and I think that we all need to take our time to thank the volunteers in whichever way we can. Thank you.
